potential check scam with smart phones

If you're a dealer and buy (anything) using a check, this might spare you some trouble.

That check can be deposited using a smart phone, without physically being deposited (great technology). Then the perp can bring back the check and opt for cash. An unsuspecting dealer might buy his check back with cash and then he will have paid twice for the same thing and not find out until the next bank statement comes.
