Probably a PD but nice centereing and corners

    A small chip on the bottom edge under the 'r'. Looks like roller marks or just plain smudges on the top. The centering looks good, but I wouldn't think that it would ever land in a '9' holder with those defects. Corners look good, may get a straight 8 or even a 8.5 on a good sunny day after the grader played a round of golf under par the day before. Or if the grader is like Ron Swanson and happens to come to work that day in his Tiger Wood's outfit.

    Also, looks to have slight imperfection above the 'D' and below the 'E'. Looks to have a light spot in the red ink on the hat in that spot. Now that I think about the 8.5 maybe a pipedream.
