Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

<< <i>I hate to ask but what is the "HD coin viewing mean? >>
Sorry, High Definition. He films the coin to show the lustre. The coins still are photographed as before as they best show the color. The HD film making shows them a lighter from what I can tell.

"On this episode of ghost coin hunters, there have been reports of this Maryland commem levitating and dancing around. We have set up our hidden cameras to try to capture an image..."
A pretty neat idea, though.

You have a photo or several photos attached to a video
Showing the coin tilting in the light
Probably easier to do the video than the photo
Prices seem a touch high
<< <i>simple .gif images work well too >>
I havent tried that route but im sure trying to load high quality gifs at 30 fps would be quite a beast to load. Some of the older beta version videos are still lurking around so if you stumble upon one, my bad. The quality on my first attempt was pretty bad. I think i nearly have it down now though.
Comments? Constructive criticism? Is it a positive or negative feature to implement? Im curious what the crowd thinks on this.

Stick with what you are doing and don't do the gifs.

Do what you think is best. The coins will sell themselves, and your coins are always eye-catching.
really simple there brandon...image quality far surpasses video images...
<< <i>.gif making site used here...3 image lay over

Nice!!! Now that is cool!
images can be stopped
unlimited amount of layers can be used
always best to use an ascending to middle image then descending...it loops it real sweet then
still camera's have finer detail then any ol video
a properly done gift...
just plain rocks
way less bandwith too...we're talking 3 or 5 images over video size used

a .gif is a file extension that accompanies an image made by many images that play as a slideshow to produce animation
tim burton's stop motion pictures e.g. here...a great lil short here...vincent
his movies are produced by taking a single shot...then slightly adjusting the contents...then taking another shot...so on...and so on
in a laymans type of terms he's producing...."one long .gif " but on a roll of film...it is a movie done by many layers of single shots
here on the computer we have image files...
most here post lil images a smiley face eating popcorn to the lil ubermad one where the smiley face gets mad and changes colors
these files are .gif
they were made with single file images placed on top of each other...into one image that plays as a "slide show loop" hence animation is produced
not sure if i explained it proper like or technically correct but it gives you a feel for what a .gif is
same breath what we produce when drawing lil stickmen on the corners of a note pad...when we flip the corners the lil stickmen come alive
