Anything Topps did. Commons, stars, rookies. How about hardest PSA 10's in baseball and football. I dont care about desert storm baseball, but in general.
1980 #482 Rickey Henderson RC = Pop 10 of 11,256 graded, which actually equals out to 1 in every 1125.6 cards graded. One could argue that this is tougher than the Valenzuela, even though that's still a Pop 0.
Ok - '86 Topps Steve Young...3 10's out of 4,083, or one out of every 1,361 graded...that's insane for a modern card. And all 3x 10's were from before 2003 at the latest (I owned one back then and it was a pop 3 when I owned it).
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

Always buying Bobby Cox inserts. PM me.
Because 81 Topps has many commons that will probably never get a 10

What might a 10 bring?

Approximately Mex$128,870?
As for the OP, my vote is for the 1981 Topps #18 Glenn Adams. There is nothing higher than an 8 so far.
<< <i>A Fernando rookie would probably fetch the same that the recently popped 1981T Kirk Gibson PSA 10 (first one), which I think was around $1,200.

we need to bust some more 81 topps... BBCE just got a rack box in!

Smokie is in the process of busting a rack case right now, but it sounds like we need a new BBCE group rip...
I would think the Fernando would go for dramatically more then $1,200.
<< <i>The Kirk Gibson went for just over $2,000 and was auctioned off by Probstein.

I could see this card if it went up for auction going in the 4/5K range. Maybe more. Just never know these days...
