Reholder service - does flip and cert number change?

When you submit cards for reholder service, does the cert number stay the same or is a new one issued? Also, does the flip get replaced? Obivously it would if the cert number changes, but how about in the other case when the cert does not change; and for example suppose you sent in an older flip with the different font, would it be reinserted or is a new one printed?

nope stays the same.. the flip is replaced with a new one and a new holder also.
