Can anyone identify this Ripken set

Looking through a rubbermaid that I haven't opened in a long time and I came across these. I don't know where I got them.

I don't know if its a set or part of a set. It's four 2001 upper deck cards plus the cover card. Wrapped in cello.

I'm pretty sure they gave these out at Camden Yards back in the day when they could draw a crowd because of Cal. I have a pack or 2 somewhere at home.
