help reference books needed

I am looking for some suggestions with regard to grading specifics for non us coins. more specifically I would like to know which books would be good for Great Briton and her commonwealth nations. I would also like to have one for German coins as well. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Way too complicated and wide range if you ask me - not like lite-side series that HAVE various grading references and guides - you get the point - once you narrow down what country or time you'll be more likely to get someones attention that knows that series or country etc.
