Will PSA actually delete items from......

......the pop report if I send in the flips?

Has anyone had positive or negative experience with this?

I collect an oddball set and have broken out almost 80 items from their PSA enclosures. Most of these are PSA 9s and represent over 20% of the PSA 9 pop for the set.

I do not just want to send these in and then find nothing happened to remove them from the pop report. This is a big deal to no one but me because I am the only graded set collector of this particular set.

    They're supposed to, Jami.

I'd reach out to one of the fabulous customer service people first [Cosetta, Carol, etc.] to confirm with them and who best to send to.

I'd also recommend that you scan the flips before you send them in.

    Nice thing to do-

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
  • Has anyone ever gotten the population lowered because the card is no longer in the holder?

  • I e-mailed PSA and this is the answer I got.

    "Hello,

The only way a card can be removed from the population report is when you return the red label (flip) and we will delete the certification number from the system. This card will then be deleted from the system including the population report. If you submit the card back and this receives a new certification number then the card is listed again in the system including the population report.

    Thank you,

I always felt they should offer 1.00 per flip towards grading
