Some recent Red Sox pickups.

I am putting together a display for Red Sox retired player #'s and have recently picked
up these 5 cards. I wanted to spend between $100-$150 per card. It was a tough choice which issue to buy.
Some great players and some great cards to choose from.

I have Ted Williams (1955 Topps), Joe Cronin (1941 Play Ball) and Jackie Robinson (1955 Topps) left to pick up.

I like the 'eye appeal' of all those cards that you already have.

Will the Jackie Robinson card be out of place with him being the only non-Red Sox player?

I am off and on about including Jackie Robinson. I will save him for last and then decide.

I didn't know but I found out there is a red back and black back version.

This one is the red back version.
