While the score might not show it, the game was a blowout starting 3rd quarter. The Lakers lead by as many as 30 through out the game, and Portland cut the lead to 14 by keeping Wallace in the game. But it really didn't matter, as the game was over a few minutes after half time

Portland shot 35% from the field and had 15 turnovers

Kings swept the Jazz and 76ers took a 2-0 lead on the Celtics winning both games on the road.
