Are Topps certified auto cards eligible for a player's master registry? Should I get the card in a blue flip that just verifies the auto or do I get a red flip that grades the card? Do they grade the card if there is an auto on it, like BGS does?

    Yep. Get the red flip. And yes, auto cards CAN go into player registry sets.
