The best part about the new CBA is the rookie wage scale. The draft last night was a lot more fun than I remember it being. Perhaps because the Pats traded up twice, something they haven't done in 9 years. But with the new wage scale, teams are chomping at the bit to move into the Top 10, whereas in the past, they'd do whatever they could to get out of the Top 10.
One thing the rookie wage scale is going to lead to is even MORE parity than already exists in the league. With everyone so eager to move up, teams like the Rams can stockpile picks much easier, giving them a better chance of turning around their franchise quickly.
