This is a low mintage of 3930, tough to find, date from the 70's. Unlike the lower mintage coins from the 80's these were not saved and are difficult to find.
This coin has nice luster and minimal marks. Sorry for the poor pictures, the haziness around the date and perimeter is mint frost and hardly shows in hand. It does have some darker toning around 2:00 on the perimeter of the reverse. Really a nice coin!! Price is $959 shipped. Seems like a good deal with common date 62's going for $600.
