Tampered Holder?

I apologize for this being an SGC holder but this is the best place to go for help on this type of topic.
I got this card yesterday and first thing I noticed was it seemed a bit small. Then I looked closer and on the top and bottom, near the corners, there is some discoloration between the top and bottom panels. I don't see any obvious signs of tampering but I compared to some other holders and none of them showed this kind of anomaly. I've cracked a few holders and would expect a whole side to be cloudy if it had been messed with so I am probably just being paranoid but...

Hmmm... While not uncommon for SGC to be frosted in one or two places, all four corners looks pretty suspicious. I just looked at a stack of SGC cards and not of them were half that bad, especially not uniformly.
