i was wondering how to go about determining what PSA charges for their service of having them review a slab that was issued before the half-point scale existed.
do they charge on a sliding scale based on SMR?

i have some slabs im thinking about having reviewed at the national and was wondering what type of pricing it would run me.

Goes by value of card. If cards fall into the 100 dollars or less you can send them in on the special. If they fall into the 500+ then you pay whatever it would cost to have card graded again at that price level.
They sometimes run half price reviews for specials so if sending in bulk you are better to wait for this special. Cannot mix prices up either so you cannot be sending in cards valued at 500+ on the 100+ dollars.
