Just closed 13 unpaid items cases against him.
Looking at his feedback he does this alot.

    If the other sellers had done the proper reporting to eBay of a non paying bidder instead of leaving "positive/negative" feedback, this guy would be off eBay by now.

    More fun from ebays system. Sellers are afraid to get a neg and now due to ridiculous fee discounts, its no wonder, so they dont do what should be done. A non-paying bidder should get an auto-neg, with the comment..."Buyer did not pay for item....may cut down a little, including an automatic suspension for each and any unpaid items
    IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

    By closing 13 cases as unpaid against him I would think he won't be able to do much with that ID.
    I can't leave feedback and I assume he can't either.
