Snad question for PayPal/eBay

I had to file a claim due to a resealed 1984 donruss rack. Should I return the rack now or wait until PayPal makes a decision?

Paypal will give you a printout to return the pack. Once there DC shows they got it back they will issue your money back to you.

Didnt hte 84 Donruss racks have 3 wax packs in them?

If so, that means they resealed the packs inside the resealed rack. Seems like a lot of work

They contained cards only. This pack has a Mattingly rookie on top.

The seller is asking me to return the pack but wont respond to Paypal or ebay to close out the case.

Just wait for the allotted time to pass on the claim, then Paypal will give you a prepaid slip to place on the package. Once the package clears, you will get your money. Sometimes, it takes Paypal a while to refund, so I always monitor the package and call them once it clears.

Yeah go through paypal on this. Passing off fake 1984 Racks in the first place is strike 1, Not responding to paypal strike 2, Sending them without paypals help, Strike 3 your out not him.

In the few occasions I've had to return an item, I've never had to file a paypal claim. The seller asks me to send it back. I do with tracking and I get a refund. If for some reason the seller reneged on the refund, you can always file a claim at that point and provide the DC # to confirm return. Sellers get penalized every time a paypal case is filed against them.
