Today's L.A/Glendale show bargain pick ups

The past two trips to this show, I spent a total of $5 at the show, so going into the show I didn't have high expectations. The past two trips I went on Saturday afternoon, so I was hoping that a trip on a Sunday would yield some bargains.
I suprised I found a 1964 Topps Tony LaRussa RC for $6 (in Ex-mint/mint). Interesting, I was asking the dealer I was looking for this or a 1962 Joe Torre RC, which he responded "I don't think I ever had a 64 LaRussa RC, I don't know what it looks like!" As he was saying this, I was looking through a stack of 1964 Topps, I found it!
I was also got a 10 for a buck various cards for my Angels PC which included a 2010 Topps Platinum Mike Trout and a 2004 Topps Erick Aybar RC to use for my AUTO'ed RC collections in the future. Also found a 1979 Carney Lansford RC.
I'm shocked to find this in the same bin in which the dealer asked $6 for this especially with his hot start:

Shocking since this Kemp RC was still there at the last day of the show which I plan to use to get auto'ed for my RC as well. (It's going for $10 on the bay.)
Here's something you don't see everyday (or anytime for that matter) - FREE cards, most notable a table of free cards that a dealer had dumped on a table so people can take. Looking through the piles, I manage to add a few cards for my PC Denver Broncos collection. The highlights:

I was shocked that a HOF RC of Dwight Stephenson (in a top loader no less) was on this table, I also will use the Champ Bailey for my TTM auto RC collection.
The same dealer who was giving away free cards (that was on the table across from his table) had a bunch of cards in his box. He was saying he's blowing his cards out and will give me a great deal, just pull out the ones you want, and I will give you a big bargain".
When I finished, I nearly fell down when he offered me $15 for this lot. I had to ask again because maybe I though he said "Fifty" but no it was Fifteen dollars!

The A-Rod Sportflicks goes for around $50 on the bay, and the Stoudamire Titanium insert is a hard to find 90's insert that will actually pay for the entire lot since the last one on the bay went for $15
Some cards I found that could grade high:

There were a lot of 1981 Donruss Golf singles but I think the Miller RC could grade a 10 and Crenshaw a 9. The 74-75 Scoring Leaders is a strong Mint 9
I also found three Minor leagues sets as well:

1986 Syracuse Chiefs (Fred McGriff's rookie year)
1986 Southern League All-Star Set including Bo Jackson and Tom Glavine among others.
1997 Best Southern League Top Prospects Set - which the Roy Halladay card in it was main draw.
Anyone know if the Halladay, McGriff, Jackson and Glavine are their first minor league cards?
And the main card which was among some other cards in top loaders on the side....

A 1994-95 Topps Finest Refractor Jason Kidd RC!
Not only that but could grade high 9 or 10!
As I said before all this was only $15! I think that dealer really wanted to get rid of his stuff or the fact that he was packing up and wasn't really paying atttention to what I had. I probably plan on grading the Kidd, 81 Donruss Golf and the LL BK card at the Long Beach Coin Show in June (which PSA will be there for first time in years), most of the rest will be used for my IP/TTM AUTO'd RC collection. I regret that I could've picked up a 82 Donruss Golf set he had in that box too (it was missing 5 cards) since it did have a few HOF RC's that would've added to my HOF RC collection and/or gotten signed. All this only set me back a total of $30 at the show.
