To the original question, I would assume they are selling it out. Otherwise I wouldn't recieve the emails I have about auctions and sets that others have that I may be interested in. From companies and not necessary individuals.
Last spam I received was Get a Free $100 Red Lobster Gift Card!
I renewed by membership back in Novemeber, but have just recently started getting the Red Lobster (as well as Paps Johns Pizza) Spam. I don't think it was PSA though.
I get emails from people that email me via the set registry. You can opt out of that if you wish. Personally, I don't mind an email from someone trying to buy or sell cards involved in the specific sets I collect.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
What really bothers me is getting a submission back from PSA and there's a memory lane, Inc. advertisement affixed to the top slab. Pretty soon my slabs are going to look like race cars, with ads covering them front and back. What's up with that, PSA?

I believe this to be true. He said Red Lobster was his favorite and liked sharing his taste with others.
