Bait and switch from Ebay seller

Link is to the Ebay listing, I didn't think anything of him covering up the cert #. Below is the card I received, not even the same card.
1969 MINT Agee
1969 MINT Agee

From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
9 is MINT, not NM MT.
Edited to talk about protection
#1 File a claim with eBay "item not as described". The seller clearly omitted the O/C trying to be cute, you will win this hands down and get a full refund. If it ain't in the description, it ain't !!
#2 Notice he has a whopping 6 feedbacks...HUGE RED FLAG to me, however, the horse has left the barn. I would not leave feedback until you get the refund, then NEG without hesitation and add a comment about what he did.
To do less is cheating yourself, and you may well save others from being ripped off by this POS.

Do you read or watch the news? People will try anything
to make a quick buck these days. Nothing surprises me anymore.
Was it a mistake that he opened up photoshop and whited out
the grade and cert. #? The intent to deceive is painfully obvious.
Good luck with the claim, buckner -- should be open n' shut.

Yeah, but there's practically no chance of getting away with it. Why not just send a 1988 Donruss common instead of a $15 card? And, why didn't he white out the grade and cert # on most of his other cards? If he is a scammer, he's a very strange one.
What a douchebag.
That would throw up a red flag in my book fast. You'll be okay though with a claim. Neg the crap out of him. I wonder if EBay will restrict the sellers selling privileges.

No one blames the victim for the seller's midleading posting. However, the victim had enough yelow/red flags that they should have had enough common sense
not to bid on this item.
Who in their right mind bids on a slabbed card where the cert number AND the grade are blocked in the scan? And from a seller with a grand total of 6 feedbacks?
Dress however you want, but don't then go to your local police station and get the name of all registered sex offenders in your city and then go one-by-one knocking
on each of their doors...

Gotta agree
I'm not sure if you have a case. He covered up the grade so you pretty much bid and bought whatever he wanted to sell you pretty much. Yes, the seller is a scum but this was more along the lines of common sense that that you should not have placed a bid with the Grade being covered up like that. Neg the crap out of him for sure and warn others. Its not like its a high dollard card anyways. Lesson learned on something that hopefully didnt set you back.

The perfect statement that is, in so many ways and in so many wrongdoings to men.

I think there's about a 0% chance that he loses the case. He DIDN'T receive the card that was pictured! Plus, it was described as PSA 9, and he received a PSA 9 OC.

When he lists auctions, he apparently doesn't have a scanner, because he uses PHOTOS (not scans) for most of his auctions. He stole his Agee scan from this seller. He probably stole this scan too, and whited out the flip. The card didn't sell. Then, when he relisted it, he used a PHOTO (of his card). If he was a scammer, he would just use the same scan, right? Why would he try a scam that nets him about $1?

I'm sorry pictures disturb you. What disturbs me is that you've been here for like a week and every one of your posts is negative. You CAN get help for that Cucka.
