PSA Dna Submission Question - a little help please

OK so I know that road has been traveled quite a few times but I just want to be sure I get this correct. I'll call PSA on Monday if I need to.
Regarding PSA / DNA, it is my understanding that blue flip is autograph only certification; red flip is autograph certification and card graded all wrapped up into one grade.
If above is true, can I assume the current Monthly special for $15 is the red flip? And if I choose this special, and make the appropriate note on the sub form to grade the card, I will get a red flip that has a numeric grade assigned. This grade will be a combination of the card and the autograph grade (assuming both are unaltered).
I thank you in advance for anyone who can confirm above.
Dave

They DO NOT grade the autograph on redflip items

The red flip grade is for the card condition only. It is not a hybrid or combination of the autograph grade and the card grade. The red flip, therefore, only authenticates the autograph AND then assigns a grade to the card the autograph is on. You can request that the card only be authenticated and the flip will then authenticate the card and the autograph with AUTHENTIC. For Registry purposes, the red flip AUTHENTIC will be valued equal to a PSA 1 versus the numeric grade assigned to the card during the normal red flip process.
One follow up question: I have about 10 insert cards from the Parkhurst issue that included autographs of Orr, Richard, Howe, Hull. Upon careful inspection of the cards, while they are all in very nice shape, I can see slight corner wear that would suggest these would all be PSA 7s cards (but with big, bold, bright signatures).
Assuming above, is it still better to get the red flip or is it your opinion that the blue flip, with a high auto grade, better?
Again, thank you for your responses in advance.
