I picked up a nice little collection today at a garage sale. Several dozen Jordan cards/inserts. Griffey inserts out the wazoo. Several rookies of Blake, Emmitt, Jeter, Brady, Kobe, Wade to name a few. I will be posting some of the items on the BST tonight or tomarrow. There is a binder full of old Jordan beckett s and magazines. If something in the pictures tickle your fancy drop me a PM. Lots of odd ball items also.

I can't tell you how many garBage sales I've been to with absolutely no cards to be seen. It's good to see someone actually find something worth while. Do you search the ads on Craigslist or do you just drive around?

went to my first two garage sales of the year yesterday, no cards but did listen in on a conversation about old time Ohio high school football....two old timers discussing the 40's and 50's.....still kind of early up here on the North Coast for garage sales so there are not a lot of them yet.....

I just drive around. I had to meet with my lawyer this morning about an hour away from my house so I decided to take the long way home and drive a different direction and got lucky. I just came across 46 of the Brett Favre Topps Chrome Flight To 420 cards if anyone is building that set.

What kind of condition are the Jordan McDonalds cards in? Those go for good money in a PSA 10 and even the 9's sell well I believe.

I have not taken them out of the cases yet to look at them, still going through the baseball.

Can we see some more picks. At $150 I think you did great. The Jeters alone will recover that and more. I think this was a nice little score. Wondering more about the Jordan's. We all know how some of the rare ones bring huge money. This makes me want to go yard sale hunting this weekend.

thanks, went to ebay and looked up some of them....nice looking cards....the one I have is definitely not one of them......made me think of the stain glass you see in churches...

I have not even gotten into the bowman platinum box yet. I did see alot of the purple refractors in it though when I glanced through it. --The picture of the 420 chrome cards also shows some Griffey cards, they are Front Row 3 card set thats numbered 00125/20,000 (I think thats less that half of the PSA graded Upper Deck Griffey RCs) anyway, does anyone know anything about it.

a few inserts of stars, nothing else worthy of a 10 that I have found so far.
...but Im curious if this has any shot at a straight 9 with the centering? It might be sold, but im just wondering for future refrence.
