Extra items when buying MLB tickets

I was on Ticketmaster buying tickets for the Rays vs. Twins tomorrow. One of screens came up and had an options to buy the bases, lineup card or game-used balls that they deliver to your seat. Has anyone ever done this? The game-used ball for $50 seems like they'd be a good money maker for the teams if they would sell.
