Autograph Question

I have been on this kick of buying old strange sports "things" - folk art if you will. I came across this on eBay and thought it was kinda cool so I bought it. Im curious as to the Jeff Idelson HOF President autograph. I dont think thats who it is. Can anyone help me with this? Im going to guess these were from the 50's-60's, I thought they were cool and imagined in my head some kid making these and sending them to various players to get signed.
