Shipping question

I shipped 3 packages to PSA on 3.31.12 for the baseball special. One has been logged and shipped. The other have not been logged. I printed the labels online. How can I get the tracking info online? When I look at the transaction from PayPal for the payment, there is no tracking number for USPS.

Thanks,

David (LD_Ferg)

  • You need to look for a delivery/signature confirmation number(assuming you used delivery confirmation). If you used insurance and not DC then you can not track through the USPS online site. If you printed the labels through paypal simply look up the receipt(payments sent) and the DC number should be on the page. If you used another site maybe check your purchase history? Hope this helps

Thanks for the quick response. PayPal has no info other than transaction ID and Invoice ID. Neither of these are the tracking info or delivery confirmation. These were all flat rate boxes and I think DC is included. I'm guessing I need to somehow get with USPS and see if they can narrow down my tracking info from the PayPal transactions.

Never had a mailing issue like this and a little concerned since it hasn't been logged at PSA.

    Thanks,

I located the info thru the USPS WEBSITE. delivered 4.5.12. Whew! At least they have it. It stinks that it isn't logged yet. Oh well.

    Thanks,

    Delivered 4.5.12.

Spoke with psa 4.23.12 because they had a question about my payment.

    Still no loggage.

This is my first experience with this type of delay. Did they ever open the East Coast office?

    Thanks,

  • East coast office is open as I was talking to a rep there yesterday re: autograph authentication.
