1998 Topps Stars Payton auto-no holder?

Hi there. I got a sub back in the mail last week which included a 1998 Topps Stars Rookie Reprints Walter Payton autograph. It came back as "No Holder", but I don't quite understand why. Am I just uninformed regarding PSA grading these? Thanks for any help.

I dunno, but they graded this one.

Weird. Guess I'll need to call and find out if there was something wrong with the card.
