ebay bidder to block taz569

a friend of mine has been dealing with this kook, the guy asked for a partial refund which my friend wouldn't give, he offered a full refund even offering to pay return shipping, so the guy goes and opens a case trying to get ebay customer support to force him into a partial refund...

    He probably wants to keep the item and get a discount off what he won it for.

    The Joey Farino rule...buy..get seller to discount...then sale to someone for a profit...While using your ebay credit card with the intentions of not paying off the credit card.....You also get 2% buyers kickback from ebay.

    Ding ding ding,

    Was a bgs 9.5 /w 10 auto card, players jersey #... So what he claimed is that he wanted to get the card reholdered and would be "nice and go to a local show with beckett so it would only cost $25".

    He was just fishing for a partial refund and it wasn't given (full refund including return shipping was offered), so he opened the case still fishing for the partial. He even escalated it this morning.
