PSA Cert Check Question

There is a Jimmy Carter autographed book comming up at an auction with the PSA/DNA Cert Number # D46839. Problem is, when I go to the PSA cert check page and type it in, it says: "PSA/DNA Certification Number D46839 was not found in the PSA/DNA Certification Database. If you believe this to be incorrect, please check the number and try again." Does that mean that the sticker is a fake? I've never seen this before.

  • Email PSA customer service, it could be one of those "Lot certification numbers". I'd consider calling the auction house and have them do an individual certification if so.

They probably just had it certified and PSA/DNA has not had a chance to put it in the computer yet!
