Reg: 1952 Mantle

A 52' Topps PSA 7 Mantle card was posted last night at $39K, am very interested in buying this card, how do I prevent buying a fake?? I have bought PSA cards for years, nothing this expensive, what would a good offer be? Are there fake PSA 52' Mantles that I have to worry about? Opinions please. Thanks

The sellers memory lane so I wouldn't worry about it being real. It's overpriced and the centering makes it an ugly card in my opinion. I would wait for a different one.

If after a 7, definitely buy the card and not the grade. Maybe talk to Rick Probstein about his. It's effing gorgeous. The absolute top-end of the grade in my opinion and can hang with solid 8s all day.
