    You needed to talk to leatech. He had the same issue with a Jordan pulled from a pack...except they deemed his trimmed originally then got it right.

    What special did you send the cards in? If it was the 100.00 dollar value or less special the Wayne Gretzky does not fall into this category. They want there 15.00 dollars or more to grade the card.
    So it was there polite way of saying resend in and pay the proper grading fees !! lol
    I personally think this is what happened. It would be like sending in a Jordan rookie that is PSA 8ish or higher. You cannot send that card in either under the special.

    You very well may be right. The card is a bare minimum, solid 8/8.5. Very well could be a 9. It's in my rip thread. Will have to resubmit...

    doesnt matter unless you think the grader judges you. Does he know if its a special or a 100.00 1 day grade. If so Ill send 10000 commons in on the 100.00 service and see if the grades are different. If they are then maybe they know what service or who is sending.
    Shouldnt matter............

    That's sucks on the Gretzky. Definitely re-sub. I had the same issue on a 75 mini Brett Rookie that I was sure was a 9. Got rejected twice for trimming even though I pulled it from a pack. Ended up sending in to Beckett got slabbed BVG 9. I would have preferred it in a PSA holder but couldn't force myself to pony up the fees again. I remember scans of your Wayne from the group rip it was very nice!

    I think the Indian Team mini PSA 9 is a low pop 9-could be wrong though

    The Indians card is a good one. I've never hit a 9 on one in many tries.
