Need value help on a Henry VIII 1/2 groat

I have the opportunity to purchase a Henry VIII half groat 1509-1547 S-2343 in EF-AU. The coin is very well centred and has a fantastic strike. What should I realisticaly pay for this piece?

Spink has it at 170 pounds in VF, which would probably mean VF30-35 on this side. I think an EF-AU coin is pretty toough to find so I am guessing double the VF price raw.

When I first saw the coin today I couldn't believe how nice it was. The strike was fantastic. I've gotta see if I can talk the dealer down on it tomorrow but he doesn't usually move much on his prices.
