Another set down. 1965 Topps Football

I just love the size of these cards. I was happy to build this set in PSA 7-8. The 2 OC's cards in the set present so well, that I may not upgrade them. Last card I needed for this set was Buck Buchanan. I will eventually upgrade my Namath to at least a 7. If building this set, don't shy away from the OC cards. They tend to be inexpensive and unloved, but are a great value when building this difficult set.

    Congratulations!

    Not sure if it's your first set or not. I have 5 different going, and have turned my focus to finishing 77 Topps BB.

    I can anticipate the feeling of completion...

    Miconlegacy- I have quite a few sets I'm working on. 77 Topps BB being one of them. I used to aggressively pursue cards for all my sets, but now I try to focus on a few sets and try to finish them before moving on.

    Great job Frank. If I could only focus on a couple of sets at a time maybe I could finish some.

    Last one I also needed in 7 was Buchanan. Since then, I picked up a 9 OC if anyone is interested.

    Ditto what Rich said Frank. Congrats on finishing a great set. I've been working in it for several years so I know it's a toughie!
