Sub Received by PSA 4/2/12

According to my Return receipt, PSA received my two March special subs on 4/2/12. And they still haven't been logged in. THis is a first for me since rejoining. The have always been logged the next day after receipt. When does their approximate turnaround begin? When its logged or when it's received? Should I call or email customer service?

Its a PSA/DNA red flip sub, so I am anxious anyway.

    I just dropped off a small sub on Friday to them personally and no loggage as of yet. I feel your pain.

    They are and have been for a little while now a week or so behind in logging subs in. Definitely a departure from the norm.

    They've been back logged quite abit with the logging. Some of us even received loggage on Saturday (4/7) that had been sitting at PSA for 2+ weeks, which means they're working over time to try and get it done.

    I hope it gets in soon for you, but may take a little longer than normal.

    My sub was received on 4/2/12 and was just logged in yesterday on 4/9/12.
    The approximate turnaround time begins today. Ugh.

    wow, it's been several months since I subbed myself and had never taken that long. Of course I've always been at the end of the turnaround, so maybe that will change for me. Thanks for the heads up.

    My sub was Received 4/5/12 and no log in so far , TICK TOCK TICK TOCK

    4/2 receipt as well with no sub. Plus have a sub in logged 2/6 that is now on day 47. Everything is backed up.
