In case you are headed to the Masters in the future
I went to a Monday practice round...not my first time on the grounds, but hoping maybe if you are putting in for tickets next year here are a few helpful hints.

Boopotts- Disappointed to hear this from you. Its a private club. Membership is up to them and only them.
I guess when the Congressional Black Caucus formally denied membership to Stephen Cohen (A White Congressman from TN) from joining the Caucus, you were equally upset? He asked to join because he had a large number of minorities in his district and thought the group would help him be a better congressmen for his minority constituents. But no, the CBC decided that Whites weren't allowed. Most major news outlets never put that story in the news cycle back in January 2007 when it happened. The truth is that White Males are held to a different standard and its only a bad thing when they wish to associate with each other. Any other gender or racial group is allowed to do what they wish and no one cares. The complaints about membership at Augusta National are laughable and amount to the highest point of hypocrisy.
If a bunch of housewives want to start a private golf club, turn it into the most prestigious golf event on the face of the planet, then by all means let them have at it.
Always buying Bobby Cox inserts. PM me.
"IBM, Exxon Mobil Corp. and AT&T Inc. are sponsors for the Masters, which began today at Georgia’s Augusta National, where no woman has been offered membership since its founding eight decades ago. Historically, the club has offered a membership to the CEO of IBM, allowing him to don the club’s green member blazer."

stfu... I love hearing about a white man's "struggles" whenever something like this come up. Give me a break.
Anyway... I went to the practice round of last year's Bridgestone Invitational at the Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. It was my first time going to a practice round and I'm definitely going again this year. It's he best time to get all the autographs you can handle! I personally didn't get any sigs because I didn't have anything for them to sign. Every golfer signed that day in-between holes. I mean EVERY golfer, with the exception of Tiger and Phil, who both waited to sign until the end of their round, where then they stood in one area and signed for about 45 minutes each! It was a great experience and this year I will go prepared with something for them to sign.

+1
but as far as that goes, I also don't like hearing complaints about ANY racial groups, gender groups, or any other groups lot in life for the most part. Life is NOT fair, and IMO is not supposed to be. If anyone wants a better lot in life, they need to make it for themselves. Complaints are nothing but excuses.
I can empathize with individuals that go through tragedies, but not being allowed to be a member of a private club is far from a tragedy IMO.
