I sold a 1958 Topps Hank Aaron YL PSA 5 to a buyer by BIN. I ship the card with insurance and delivery confirmation the next day. It takes three days longer to get there because the P.O. routed it wrong. Buyer tells me he is going to leave me bad feedback because it didn't get to him on the post office's "estimated delivery date," and then he has his bank stop payment to Paypal. I don't know how he did that. He has kept the card. At any rate, Paypal has frozen the funds and is investigating. This buyer has terrible feedback and has swindled others. What can I expect?

I meant to do this thread on the Sports Cards and Memorabilia Forum, so I am going to post it again there.

Basically in this situation Paypal is feeding you the BS that ebay/paypal always feeds someone, you are PROBABLY S.O.L, since he pulled it back with his bank there is nothing paypal can do so they screw you by just taking the money back from you.
The day you get payment you should always move EVERY cent to your bank account.
Keep 0 dollars in paypal because crap like this happens quite often.
Whether or not they can get the funds from the buyer is between PP and him
