Wally Moon's unibrow is an all time classic. How can they leave out Billy Ripken though??

Indeed. A lot of those photos look funny because styles have changed. I went to high school with at least ten guys that looked like Pete Ladd. It wasn't that odd at the time. You want to see bad looking baseball cards, just open a pack of 1990 Topps (makes no difference whether you pick football or baseball, as they both set a standard of lack of excellence which has not been met since).
Successful dealings with shootybabitt, LarryP, Doctor K, thedutymon, billsgridirongreats, fattymacs, shagrotn77, pclpads, JMDVM, gumbyfan, itzagoner, rexvos, al032184, gregm13, californiacards3, mccardguy1, BigDaddyBowman, bigreddog, bobbyw8469, burke23, detroitfan2, drewsef, jeff8877, markmac, Goldlabels, swartz1, blee1, EarlsWorld, gseaman25, kcballboy, jimrad, leadoff4, weinhold, Mphilking, milbroco, msassin, meteoriteguy, rbeaton and gameusedhoop.

I don't think I ever went to a party in the 70's that there wasn't some guy that looked like Pete Ladd. He was the one in the corner, in a bean bag chair and the only words he spoke all night were, "Hey man, you got In-A-Gadda-Da-Vidda?"

  • I actually really like the Mickey Hatcher card. If you know anything about Hatcher, that card sums him up perfectly!
