Collectors Dissertation help.

Hello Collectors
My name is Tom. I am a finalist at Loughborough University studying Industrial Design. I am currently writing my dissertation on what factors influence the collectability of products.
I don't collect sports card but collect CCG (yu-gi-oh and pokemon) and have done for 10+ years now.
What I would like to find out from you is, what is important to you when buying new items to add to your collection? I have a very short questionnaire I would really appreciate you taking a few minutes to fill in.
Here is the questionnaire
Thanks
Tom

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
