1725 Coin - need knowledge

Morning!

I wish to find out how I am able to get this coin graded? It's very dirty and i'm afraid to clean it with the incorrect cleaner but it appears to be dated 1725....

I've attached a picture. Can anyone assist me with information please?

I'm a UK resident currently travelling in Africa and working in the Congo.
