Looks like a solid standard run from 1991-2001. Limited product (125 card issue) in 2002 and 2003. Reappeared in 2008. And done.
Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.

I like the 1991 set. Some great cards of some potential HoF players. High quality kodak photos really made these stand out at the time. This set and the 1990 Leaf were the packs we wanted to open when we went to the card shops in 1991.

One of the things I liked the most about this set was the picture of the "Topps" rookie card on the back of the card of each players card. Was funny when we pulled a Bagwell, since it had the 1991 Stadium Club card pictured on the back, we thought it was an error. We used to spend time looking for errors in cards thinking they were valuable. You essentially got two pictures of the same card on one card with the Bagwell. Was a nice blast from the past when I opened a case of 1991 Stadium Club two weeks back.

If you need some 1991s, I may have access to some Yankees if you need.

I've been saying for years that '91 Stadium Club series 1 would get hot again at some point. It was THE set to own in '91 and was far superior to either '89 UD or '90 Leaf. Things that reach that pinnacle of popularity at issuance tend to get popular again at some point. The fact that the cards are damaged by heat inside of packs over the years should also serve to create added popularity for future hi- graded sets. I bought a few of these sets from LSUTiger1973 before he decided to sell silver bars on Ebay and not mail them out to people (sorry to digress).

The 91 Stadium Clubs were really ahead of their time. They had the photography of a card set in 1996? 98?

Isn't there a Nolan Ryan in a tuxedo pitching? I think if the Stadium Clubs had come out with a cool insert set (like 93 Finest Refractors), they'd be worth more money now.

As far as the look of the cards, that was my favorite set from the 90s(Baseball,Football and Hockey!).

I really miss opening those packs.
