What happened to the REPORT ITEM feature through Ebay??

Hey all. It looks like someone got taken on this Ernie Banks fake rookie card to the tune of $860. It is a completed listing and I was trying to report the item to Ebay, but I see the button has been removed? Does Ebay not want us to report all these fake cards anymore?!?!?!

    Check out this Clemente rookie. Looks like he sold a BUNCH of fakes! How can people be so gullible?

    Look at his feedback, it says he has 10 feedback this month but nothing shows up before December of last year.

    Translation: Don't complain when you get a piece of paper with a pic of a '54 Banks card on it.

    There is also this: "All sales are final! I do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds."I would bet that as soon as he/she gets most of the payments their paymal account will be emptied and the seller will disappear.
