How do you submit an autographed card valued over $500 for red flip encapsulation

Hello all,

I'm trying to find out what I need to do to submit a signed 55 Bowman card for the red flip authentication service. PSA indicates that autographed cards with a declared value over $500 must be submitted under higher service levels. Declared value rules apply. Can someone please help me. I'm lost!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just submit like a regular non autographed card but check the box for autographed cards. Manually adjust the price to whatever service level would apply for the unautographed card. The turnaround time will be the same as most autographed cards (20 business days). In other words just because you pay the express rate you won't get express turnaround since it's graphed

I THINK if you send in proof of the QO you get a credit on the submission for the price you paid for the QO.

Discount only works for a blue flip... I've never had to check the over $500 box - I subbed my Auto'ed Mays rookie on the normal level.
