Another newp from Baltimore: Anglo-Saxon hammered coin

It's a "secondary" sceat, from the Kingdom of Northumbria, Deira, with mint probably at York and struck circa 716-737, and perhaps attributable to King Coenred (716-718) or Osric (718-729). It weighs in at 1.06g, and is cataloged as S-791. According to the seller, the coin is "practically as struck, scarce".

(Don't worry about the dark spot on the bust's neck; it appears to be trace mud residue and is not surface damage.)
