I think it was $150 or $200. Not a cheap book, but if you are dealing in 1794 dollars it is a drop in the bucket and well worth it.
Edited to add, this book was privately published and distributed, I would not expect to see it on Amazon.
The book/publication was published by The Cardinal Educational Foundation, est. by Martin.
When Martin sold all his Early dollars in 2006( ANR auctions), he called his set the Cardinal
Collection. Write the Foundation, or correspond with Martin.
Good Luck
I tried searching for Martin Logies (the author). Found this:
http://www.superpages.com/bp/Sunnyvale-CA/Logies-Skirtich-Co-Martin-Logies-CPA-L0019864856.htm
Not a common name, so possibly this is the right guy. Worth a phone call to find out.
Or there is info about Martin Logies on the PCGS website. You could try contacting PCGS for contact info.
Lots of the times the author may have some copies that he'd be willing to part with.

The author, Martin Logies, is an active participant on these boards under the name 'Cardinal', so he should be quite easy to find.
