PCGS Phone Survey - Show Pick Up and Drop Off

I had the new-ish (been about a year?) asian guy for drop off and some experienced people for pickup.
Went great.
I was quite surprised to get a phonecall customer service survey.
Of course, I complained about my grades, but only good thigs to say about the staff. They need to readily update the First Strike list. In the first several days, no one seems to know if XXX coin qualifies because it's new. Look it up on the mint web site. if it's only been out 1 week: it qualifies despite the date of start vs. date of release differential.
But the staff was great as usual.
Anyone else wish to comment who did not receive a call but did a Baltimore show drop-off/pick-up?
