He's looking for a key-date, the Cheerios dollar is not a date, it's a variety.

I haven't a clue as to what it would be, but I would be curious to know as well.

the upcoming mintages will likely be key dates since they are not going to mint for circulation any more. mintages will be lower.

For the Sacs, possibly the 2006-D? Unless you're talking about uber-high grades, then probably the 2005-P or the 2000-D.

Going by lowest mintage figures for circulating Sacs it's 2005 P & D closely followed by 2004 P&D by a long ways

Aside from the Cheerios and the Presentation Dollars; the lowest mintage SACs come from the Millenium set. 75k mintage.

Edited to add that this issue was a Burnished 2000D that looks Prooflike. I dont think the TPG will certify one without the original packaging; however, I think they are quite unique and are easily noticed outside of the original mint packaging.
