I need to know if gold is going to average below 1650 this week....

I'm going to buy a Gold Buff Proof, and it would be nice if I had some positive insight. Gold is at $1638.20 right now. Anyone think that there's a chance it won't average between $1,600.00 and $1,649.99 this week?

    Most likely. With options expiration next Tuesday, good chance gold only gets weaker into Monday or Tuesday. I don't see much of a chance for the usual end of month
    flogging to end tomorrow on Friday.

    Y'all need to pay attention. I want gold to average below $1,650 for the week and it jumps $17.90 in a day.

    If you are smart, you'd act on this newly-found ability that I have to indicate the direction of gold pricing.

    I never count on my ability to outsmart such things, so I just buy at issue.

    I figure the odds of coming out ahead are just as good using that strategy as anything else, and my head doesn't hurt as much.

    Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
