PSA Set Registry Question

I see on the registry that they give out yearly "awards" for best collection in certain catagories (the little blue star with the yar next to it). Does PSA give out actual awards or certificates or anything for top collection?
Looking for 1950 Bowman football PSA 7's

    Email them, and they'll send you a certificate. I got my first one last year. I'd like to get it signed too, but I dunno.
