Can anyone tell me what these are worth? Locally available and wants $500. I think she might have a couple more items, trying to get pics of them.

the signed stuff is common, he just passed 7 years ago and lived a full life til 81, so there will be a ton of signed stuff out there, including nonbasketball stuff as well

I have no idea - but unless that photo is worth a bit - I think 500$ seems a bit high?

I have a litho signed by Mikan - I think ya can pick it up for $100+

I like the photo - it has Pollard who's also an HOF'er; Arnie Ferrin - I think is a common?

I like the record - have never seen it before - very cool - but unless rare? Just don't know about that much dough?

The signed book - Unstoppable - IMO - doesn't get people excited - the book isn't worth much - and the sig in a book is not a big draw since it's hard to display - I would like the book - but to be honest I wouldn't want to pay more than 40 or 50 bucks for it - signed.
