Chipping?

I have refrained from submitting cards with very minor chipping on the bottom edge (primarily 77T-83T cards). I like submitting myself, so don't buy them already graded. So the question, if the card is a blazer, but has very minor chipping, what grades have you experienced i.e. is there an allowance for minor chipping and you can still get a 9?
