Is it me, or is this a really low grade PSA 9 Ozzie RC ? To me, it looks like a low end 8, at best

Minor diamond cut, bad corners, and a stain on right hand side. I don't get it

You can't argue with their feedback, but auctions from sundiegocollectibles always appear odd. Their auctions almost ALWAYS rocket up
quickly and they've had, what I consider, to be incredibly overgraded cards.
